Here in California, time finally ran out for Lindsay Lohan. She doesn't have the maturity to carry on a decent life. *verbigsigh* I think that she'll need a lot more than government control to get her life in order. I hope Lindsay Lohan encounters God in prison. Meanwhile, civil authorities are administering mercy, at the hands of the People of California.
